Poco tempo fa Dolph Lundgren aveva suggerito a Jon Chu di ingaggiare l'attore Chris Hemsworth (Thor) per interpretare He-Man in Masters of the Universe. Ora Hemsworth gli risponde: "Non posso interpretare He-Man, è molto simile a Thor, non è cosi?". Nonostante ciò i fan americani si sono scatenati e sui forum stanno già gridando al "perfect casting".
